Can I get a price while we’re still sorting out what to keep?
Yes. List the main furniture you expect to take. If that changes after the quote, reply to our email and we’ll update the price.
What if the stairs in our new house are narrower?
Mention it in your list of what’s moving, with measurements if you have them, and reply to our email with photos. A piece that comes out of the old house easily may need a different approach at the new one, so both ends count.
Can the removal be arranged around our key handover?
Enter the proposed date, or tick “Date not set yet” if the timing hasn’t been settled. Once you’ve booked, the date can be changed free of charge if the handover moves.
Can I add photos after getting my price?
Yes. Reply to our quote email with the photo or video links. They can be useful if you’ve since spotted an awkward entrance or a piece that needs particular care.
What do you need to know about fragile furniture?
Point out pieces such as glass-fronted cabinets or furniture with delicate fittings in your list. Mention any damage or loose parts as well, and reply to our email with photos if possible, so the handling can be planned.
