If you need to cancel a cash on delivery delivery, get in touch with us as soon as possible. If you cancel more than 24 hours before the scheduled collection, you will get a full refund.
If you cancel within 24 hours of the collection, you may be charged a cancellation fee to cover the driver’s time.
If the seller cancels on us, or is not available for collection, you will receive a full refund of the item value (we may charge a small fee for the attempted collection).
