University of Exeter and Approved accommodation partners

Give the full details for both properties and list the complete move before choosing the help and timing.

Include all boxes, bags and suitcases, plus each bicycle, appliance and piece of furniture.
Note stairs, lifts, carrying distance, parking controls and the current arrival or departure instructions.
Select one- or two-person help and a time that fits the property access, then review the fixed price.

Book the accommodation arrival slot first, then choose moving times that allow the vehicle to reach the residence during that window.
The University of Exeter uses timed arrivals because many students arrive together and parking is limited. Its guidance says the resident must collect the key, the vehicle space is available only for the booked slot and belongings need to be unloaded within that period. Approved partner residences send their own arrangements.
Include campus directions, stairs and slopes, as well as the nearest place where the vehicle can stop legally.
Some Exeter residences sit on sloping campus roads or behind managed arrival routes. Private student streets can fall within residents’ parking zones, so do not assume the property postcode provides a usable unloading space.
